Ann Summers
EDIT - This post seems to have ranked well for the search term "Ann Summers" on an adult search engine. Click here to visit the Ann Summers website.
I can honestly say that the Ann Summers program on TradeDoubler has been a brilliant performer for me. Of course it helps that I've been able to use the ads in context on my Naughty Underwear site, but I've been really impressed by the conversion rate.
Seems weird because I was previously signed up with a rival ad network who also had Ann Summer links but I don't remember ever getting a sale.
It also makes kind of interesting reading to see the Event Breakdown of sales. What is a "slide and rub" anyway??

National Lottery Affiliate Program
Just a bit of news for National Lottery affiliates...
The National Lottery has announced that it has suspended it's affiliate scheme due to its massive success, and they have simply exhaused their budget.
Within a few hours, it was also reported that the National Lottery was reporting a 400% rise in ticket sales ahead of an £85 million jackpot in the Euromillions game, which has now rolled over to £100 million next week.
Personally I have never had any success with the National Lottery scheme which I participate in through TradeDoubler, although since their income is directly linked to ticket sales, if they are selling more tickets, I can't see why they would need to suspend their program. I guess my my simple mind is missing something obvious!
For what its worth, they are predicting the scheme will be back up and running in April-ish.

Sedo Parking
Sometimes I'll have a great idea for a website and will be convinced that this one is going to be HUGE. So I'll check the domain is available, and excitedly get my credit card out and register the domain.
But then when it comes to sitting down and developing the website, suddenly the enthusiasm is gone or another site seems more exciting and the domain seems like a wasted purchase.
Well what I do in that situation is list the domain for sell with Sedo (www.sedo.co.uk) and point my naming servers at theirs in order to make use of their domain parking facility. What this means is that if someone types in my website address, it will take them directly to a Sedo page, notifying them that the domain is for sale and also presenting a page full of related adverts. If they click on an advert, you get a share of the money!
So if you've got old domains hanging about not in use, put them up on Sedo and you can start earning from them without having to do any work.

Firefox Referrals
Sometimes making money from Internet marketing just seems too easy. Firefox web browser is a product that people like. Increasingly web users are turning away from Internet Explorer and trying Firefox from the Mozilla Foundation.
It has some natty features like built in RSS feeds, tabbed browsing and integrated popup blocker. And it's free.
All good so far, and now the best bit: Through Google's Referral system (part of the Adsense program), you can put adverts for Firefox on your website and earn up to $1 for each download. That's just go over that again: You can earn money by getting people to download a great free product which they'll love you for telling them about. Yikes, it beats going out to work!
I've created a website specifically to cater for this opportunity - called Download Firefox (see you don't even need much imagination to be good at this - and it's already become one of my best performers.
To start promoting Firefox (with built in Google toolbar), you need to enrol in the Google Adsense program.
